Had a great experience with Joyce Zavolas at Audi of Westwood. She was kind, helpful, and always got back to me quickly. More importantly, she did what she said she was going to do and followed through on everything. That really made the whole process easy. Wilson was also awesome when he dropped the car off. He was friendly, professional, and made the delivery just as smooth as the rest of the experience. I really appreciate both of them and would definitely recommend Joyce and the team at Audi of Westwood!

I had a great experience working with this dealership to purchase my Audi Q3. Everyone I interacted with on the team was very friendly and easy to talk to. No questions went unanswered. The service was excellent. I took my car home the next day.

Scheduled an appt a week in advance to test drive a car. Confirmed the day before and that morning that we were all set because I was driving 70 miles and when i got there - the car wasn’t even there. “It’s still in our shop.” The manager apologized profusely - said they would drive the car to me to test drive on Monday (this was a Saturday) so I said ok - mistakes happen…call me Monday and… never heard from them again. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer. Wasted a lot of my time.
