Steven (Sales) and Mark (Finance) were amazing. They treated my son as if he were purchasing a high-end BMW and not a used car. Friendly, professional, patient, and informative. It was a wonderful first-time car-buying experience for my son. As for me, when the time comes to get another vehicle, I am going to BMW of Catonsville first. Kudos on a job well done.

I inquired on line and received a prompt response which included a walk around video. Last week I called and emailed the dealership to see if the cars were still available. 5 days later I am still awaiting a response to my call and email. You can see why I rated the dealership in the way that I did.

A Fantastic Experience! World Class Dealership! Mike (The Dealership Sales Manager) was super nice and made my visit most enjoyable. His knowledge of cars and willingness to spend extra time talking made me feel at home. A lot of respect for this manager as he is not only a US Army Veteran, but also the consummate professional which shows at the dealership! And also easy to see by the staff that he leads! They were great. Hamid was my assigned salesman. The minute I walked in the door,I was greated. Upon returning home, I received a nice follow-up call. I also note that days prior to my visit I received emails from Hamid updating me on the car I am interested in that was in service at the time.
