Staff was nice but I drove 2 hours to find out the car was still being used as a service loaner and had been for almost 2 weeks waiting for that owners car to get parts in. I gave them every opportunity a week or so in advance to let me know I wouldn’t be able to actually see or sit in the car. I even confirmed the appointment twice to let them know I wouldn’t be there

I drove two hours and they didn’t have the decency to let me know they sold the car before I got there then they showed us a car and it’s a disgrace to have that car on the lot
