Lied about approval and down payment to get me in the door. Did two loan applications. They said I was approved with both, but when I got in there, they said all of a sudden need to put $6000 down on a $12000 vehicle?!?! Then they have some master photographer, taking pictures in a way that hides the vehicles imperfections very well, leading you to believe you’re looking at a perfect paint zero body damage vehicle when reality there’s paint damage and door dings and whatnot. And then when I get approved for the vehicle through another financer, they all of a sudden said I wasn’t eligible to purchase the vehicle at all because someone else at the same time had came in and qualified for the vehicle through their preferred lender without any stipulations, even though I was there first due to being lied to.

I contacted the dealer myself and executed a car purchase remotely. The dealer was helpful enough to get it done and he did meet me on a Sunday afternoon to deliver the vehicle. Other than that he was a bit distant.

The process was very simple. Purchased a vehicle for my son. Ahmed was easy to work with and very honest.
