Chevrolet dealerships near me (Cincinnati, OH)

Met with the dealer in attempt to view vehicle. Evan explain that the vehicle was a trade in and the dealer will not be doing any inspections or repairs. Upon arriving to view vehicle I was also told that test driving was not permitted outside of the parking lot. I was only able to drive within the parking lot full of cars and now where to actually drive the vehicle. He states this is due to insurance reasons. After buying many cars in my lifetime I have never been told this. Test driving a vehicle is mandatory in order to assess for any mechanical issues. Apparently something is wrong with the vehicle for them to limit access of driving it any distance. Complete scam artists, stay away!!

Everything was as promised. Audrey helped via texts to get everything ready prior to my coming in. When I got there she was busy with another customer so Matt stepped in to finish the deal with no delays. Overall no problems. Good price on the car and good customer service.

Asked if the vehicle was still available and got a quick call back to confirm that it was. Pretty much a day and a half process to settle on a price and the car was ready for me the following day. Great salesman!

It was easy and seamless. Very good process and people were all nice and gracious.

Dealership and salesman worked up a deal sheet and sold the vehicle to a sales managers family member while I was making the 2.5hr drive there. Would not recommend doing business here.
