Chevrolet dealerships near me (Dallas, TX)

I was initially contacted by them..send them Pictures of my trade, also asked for final price including fees and taxes …they never responded back..I took my business elsewhere

I have communicated with 6 different people at the dealership and all 6 people have given me a different price for the Jeep. Bad communication and unable to make a deal.

Louis and the management at Jupiter were very helpful and considerate. Louis helped us figure out our issues with entertainment console. Jupiter Chev. has enough departments to cover every aspect of auto repair, body work, etc. We'd certainly return to them for future automobile purchases.

We appreciated Anthony’s help in getting some pointers and advice about EVs from his colleagues that have experience with driving them. We were a bit apprehensive about going with a full EV, no hybrid. Getting the opinions of others who have navigated charging stations etc. was helpful in our decision making. We did spend about five hours at the dealership which did seem long and drawn out. Overall so far we would say the experience was positive and we love the look and feel of the Blazer while we are still learning and adjusting to the EV experience.

Terrible. Never saw vehicle. Went by did paper work then was told the car needed the windshield replaced and was not there. Sales lady contacted me the next day to look at it that evening but I was at work so I scheduled to look at it the next morning. Car was still getting window replaced so im not sure why she even called. Not a honest dealership.

Spent over an hour at the dealership. Our original sales person was nice enough, but when it came time for money talking, the typical shady salesman tactics came out. He ended up being okay but were chased, to our car, by multiple members of the sales team. They continued dropping the price but I wasn’t willing to budge on my “no” because of the cosmetic imperfections that a simple detail couldn’t fix. It left me with a gross feeling in my stomach and I can’t say I’ll refer someone there either.
