The place is terrible. They lie to you and add extra fees but the worst part is the fees they add after you close the deal and then they almost force you to pay for them. Look out for recon fees.

These guys advertise one price plus documentation fee, then add a bunch or stuff i did not want to the price. The addons were way overpriced and unnecessary but they did it to boost their profit. They were very unprofessional to deal with.

I already scheduled my appointment on 6/5/2026 but I didn’t see the car. They said they’re not ready on that day still at the body shop. So I hope he’s ready for me on this weekend and I can’t wait to just drive the car and buy it.

They made me go to the dealership to look and test the vehicle, I drove about an hour to get to the Van Chevrolet dealership, and then they wanted to show me other vehicles to sell me. I was bothered by going and spending gas, to tell me that the vehicle I wanted to look at and test they had it elsewhere for auction.

Staff was great only two people that I communicated with, Raine and Tristan they were awesome friendly very professional. Overall time spent there was a minimum of two and a half hours. Yep it was fast definitely will go back if in need of another vehicle.

We had a fantastic experience at Sands Chevrolet. Our sales person was Mickey. She made our car purchase easy, She was knowledgeable and helpful. We are very happy we bought our car.
