Overall great experience. I worked with their sales guy Rich, he was very attentive, detailed, and overall great to work with.

They never had a human response, all AI. Asked for pictures because there was only 1 in the listing. They only sent more Ai messages. Never gave pictures, but definitely have emailed me like 6 times when Ive responded zero times... Wish I never asked if it was available.

They would call 3-4 times in a row when I let them know I’m working and would get back later. They would even call as late as 10pm. Communication was extremely poor

I confirmed with the dealership that the vehicle was in stock and scheduled a test drive. I also received a confirmation 24 hours before my appointment stating that the vehicle would be prepped and ready for my arrival. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was informed that the vehicle had already been sold. This was extremely disappointing, particularly since I was a service buyer and prepared to make a purchase. I also pointed out to the sales team and manager that the vehicle was sill listed as available on the dealership's website. I was told it would take approximately 24 hours for the listing to be removed. That was 72 hours ago and the vehicle is still listed as available. While understand that vehicles can sell quickly, the lack of communication and failure to ensure the information provided to me was accurate resulted in a completely unnecessary trip and a very frustrating experience. Ultimately, the dealership lost a customer who was ready to purchase.

Price advertised on cargurus website does not exist. Dealer combines all possible incentives from all sources. Some of those incentives were mutually exclusive from each other.

This is my 2nd car from McGrath 1st vehicle from Westmont now Chicago as always service impeccable if this is how they treat used car buyers love to see new car service. Out sales person Alexa was awesome as well as sales manager didn't waste time going back and forth with low ball offers on trade in and car price.
