Ford dealerships near me (Columbus, OH)

Was told by two different employees through text and emailthat the car was there drove an hour and 20 minutes car was not there was in transit showed us two other vehicles with 2 to 3 inches of dust on them not cleaned up sat at a desk for over 15 minutes waiting on price. End up, walking out salesman end up contact me next day and raise the price of the vehicle by $1000

My experience with the dealership was terrible. The manager was rude and derogatory towards me. He lied to me on the phone about the value of my truck that I was gonna trade in and he wasn’t nice at all when I didn’t want to accept his deal and that’s when he got belligerent with me,I would not advise anybody to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

Our experience at Ricart was okay. We were pleased with the deal we got, they held up their end and stuck to everything they said on financing. However, this is a large scale place and you feel that too. We felt like we were just another number. Communication was less than poor. We were driving 3 hours so working out the details was important to us, and things were left in question for days. When trying to call my sales rep and finance director, I could hardly get ahold of them. We had no clue what was going on. And then 15 minutes from arriving I learned they cannot take a personal check. Would’ve loved to have know that upfront. Overall we got the car and the financing was how we asked. We are happy with the purchase. But the experience could have been much better!

They reacted fast to my phone call. Communication was great. The deal was done in a matter of hours. Could not have hoped for a better experience

I love the vehicle. I’m learning new things about it everyday.

Good experience

Not horrible, just did not want to answer or rather we’re not transparent with their response. I had to ask and follow up with the same question servile time to get the game stopped. At the end, we did not come to terms and parted ways.

The entire process was seemless and professional but, I have to say my salesman was very helpful, I asked for videos he sent not just one but a few covering everything I needed, also very quickly addressed and responded to all my questions and concerns!!
