Jill from the dealership reached out to me, and we began discussing pricing. However, after our initial conversation, the communication essentially stopped. There was no follow-up to let me know whether my offer was accepted, rejected, or even still being considered. As a customer who was genuinely interested in purchasing the vehicle, I shouldn’t have to keep reaching out or be left wondering what the dealership has decided. A simple update would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and follow-through made the entire experience frustrating and gave me the impression that earning my business simply wasn’t a priority.
