The process was going great. We made a deal over the phone and all was done. But the dealer asked me to wait 10 days to finalize the paperwork at the end of the month. I agreed because there was a repair issue we were waiting to be completed. Then the dealer sold the truck to another person and didn’t offer any other trucks to replace the truck I agreed to purchase. They ended up blaming me for not completing financing paperwork or paying a deposit. The dealer is the one who asked me to wait until the end of the month to complete the sale.

It was fast and easy. Chris Lok didn't mess around. I asked a few questions he answered them and we quickly negotiated a price for my trading and closed the deal on the 2026 F-150 Lariat. No BS... Great experience.

Too pushy of a dealership, great response, follow-up not so much when asked for pictures, then decided to go a different route communication went silent. They were unsure of any vehicles they had on the Internet we're in the lot, website needs to be updated with pictures before posting. 🤦🏽

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I did not feel no judgment or discomfort. The dealer Travis made me feel like he already knew I would be driving off in my car. The timing was accurate and everything flowed smoothly. I will recommend Auto Nation to anyone! Good job, all the way around.
