Ford dealerships near me (Virginia Beach, VA)

Road 3 hours to get the van. Specifically asked about a warranty and they told me 90 days or 4k miles thru messages. I get there and no warranty. The van Cadillac converter needed to be replaced. When someone rides 3 hours for a car they are prepared to buy with the information giving by dealership and I wouldn't have even made the trip had they ben honest from the start. I should get reimbursement for the wasted day. It cost me 500 to make the trip for absolutely nothing

Everyone was so helpful and I have no complaints, in fact I’ve never had a better experience at a new car dealership and it was so smoothly and rapidly completed I was pleasantly surprised and impressed that I drove home that very day my perfect truck !

Very disappointing experience. I agreed to a vehicle price over text, but when it came time to finalize the purchase, the price was approximately $10,000 higher than what we had discussed. The vehicle was advertised as including the warranty and dealer fees, but I was presented with additional charges, including around $6,000 for a warranty and other fees that were not included in the price I was originally quoted.

Good comms; however, the vehicle was NOT what was advertised. Professional staff.
