As usual the problems started when we tried to finalize the price. I told them the price I was willing to pay and what I wanted for my trade. Their offer was several thousand dollars higher than what I thought was fair. I told them that would not work for me and asked for my keys. The salesman returned with the manager. Since their offer was so far away I knew they were just going to waste my time, so I demanded my keys and left.

The sales agent had great mannerism and caring. The manager Rocky I feel needs improvement in his customer services skills. Never came to me after the sale was complete and said congratulations or thank you for your business.

Salesman didn’t answer my questions so I became disinterested . I asked about the undercarriage and the salesman ignored my question until I told him I was not interested. He later sent photos of undercarriage that was below my standards.

Told me car was available for 2 days, then sold it to someone else, then tried to give me a terrible deal on a car i didnt want.

Had a very good experience with this dealership. Crystal got into contact with me pretty much immediately and even showed me to the car for the test drive earlier than the scheduled appointment. Had a great experience. Johan was very personable and professional. Appreciate their "no haggle" pricing and, because I did my homework, knew I was getting a very fair price on the truck. Process went smooth with no surprises and the "up selling" was there, but not pushy at all.

Best interaction hands down. Transparent pricing before I got there and most of the financing was able to be taken care of on my way. Shortest time spent in a dealer ever. Worked hard to get me the best rate they could, beating my credit unions rate. 10/10 would recommend.
