The sales agent had great mannerism and caring. The manager Rocky I feel needs improvement in his customer services skills. Never came to me after the sale was complete and said congratulations or thank you for your business.

Except for the sales person who helped me, everything was terrible. The showroom condition needs work. Plenty of empty spaces and staff just chatting and laughing. Hard to conduct business. And by the way, do not use the restroom. The finance office was unprofessional. Unable to answer simple questions. Just want you to sign documents with little explanation. Definitely not coming back to this dealership.

For you to personally quote me $78,300.00—which is higher than your own public internet sticker price—while conditioning the sale on a forced high-interest in-house loan and expensive backend warranty packages is a highly deceptive business practice. Your own online disclaimer clearly states that your $2,995 protection package is strictly optional.I am a tier-1, cash-equivalent buyer with 4.99% direct financing fully secured through DCU. I will not participate in a "refinance later" scheme. They were rude to me, when we did a final agreement, they ghosted me, never sent the purchase order.
