Genesis dealerships near me (Dallas, TX)

CarGurus has this vehicle at a fair price. It’s been listed at this dealership since March. I asked for an “out the door” cash price and they were not willing to accommodate my request. Since my contact with the dealership. The price has dropped an additional $200. It’s a 2022 with over 70,000 miles. They want top dollar for a special edition vehicle that’s almost 5 years old

What a mess this was. The car has been totaled and in process of repairing. No one told me this as showed up to the dealership with a scheduled test drive. From their automated system I got after I left "This is a unit that was wrecked and then hailed on. It has been fixed and the hail repaired but that is why the discount is so good. Keep in mind it's on the CARFAX report so it can affect future value. That is not a unit I can get here. That store has the hail and insurance claim money that they are using to discount it with. If you are interested in a deal on one without all that drama let me know. It won't be as cheap but I will still make you a deal that is competitive. I just can't compete with a car that has extra insurance money on it."

My experience overall was very good. The only complaint that I have is that the picture is not of the actual vehicle. The picture is of a special edition vehicle in a different color. Even after pointing out the mistake, nothing has changed in the ad. That leads me to believe the they are doing this on purpose to get more calls. That feels dishonest and their only reason that I gave 3 stars

We were treated rudely by a very arrogant salesman. When we objected to some of the options that were not really optional, the salesman became angry and tossed the paper. We will not buy a car from Vandergriff.
