Very nice buying experience.

Fast to answer and super helpful. I showed them the quote from another dealership for the same car and they guaranteed they could give me a better deal. Unfortunately the color of the one they had wasn't what I wanted to buy towards the end.

The sales person was good. The finance person was the typical get you for everything possible even after agreeing otherwise. The fact I bought a used toyota from a honda I had to pay for my warranty. They said they would throw in gap yet charged me. They claimed to have checked everything. It needed a tire and they would cover it. Also, the wiper fluid was empty. Makes me feel like they did not check anything.

From the person that I talked to on the phone before I went to the dealership to the person who walked me to the car I just bought, everyone was friendly, courteous and worked very hard to get me the price that fit my budget. The car was impeccably clean and available for me to drive. I would recommend using them for your next car purchase!

I drove 90 minutes to buy this vehicle. I had a cashiers check to purchase, they gave me an “out the door” price with tax title license before we went. My son took off work to drive me there from Queen Creek. I called and told the salesperson Alex, that I would be there in one hour, on my way. When I arrived he set me down at a table and made me wait 20-25 minutes before he walked over and said “sorry, that other salesman, pointing, just sold the car to those people”. I was outraged. I simply wanted to know why they wasted my time?! Why did he not call and say sorry, turn around and go home. They then offered me another car, not an suv, that was 10 years older and had more miles as my other option. Only $1000 less in price. I thought it was a joke?! They should have called me knowing I was on my way. This was a bait and switch attempt. Clearly. This dealership doesn’t give a crap about their customers. Would NEVER recommend.
