Our Salesman Q was AWESOME!! Not your “typical” car salesman- very laid back, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend!

The dealership quoted their car around 20k, and managed to find another 5k in fees, despite claiming they have absolutely no hidden fees. They hid behind a policy of not being able to negotiate their vehicles prices, but insisted on lowballing me for my vehicle. When I expressed I was not interested in their offer, I left. They proceeded to follow back up with me, claiming they would see what they could do to work with me. They then insisted I come back in so they could re-evaluate my car. I explained I doubt it would make a difference as their management was unwilling to negotiate, they insisted again. I came in, only to be told that they didn't request for me to come back in and instead it was their AI system. Completely wasted my time.
