First off, the vehicle I went to purchase was very nice, and I was genuinely interested in completing the deal. However, my overall experience was disappointing. Before coming in, I was told by the salesman via text and phone that they would match the trade-in offer I had received from another dealership. Based on that conversation, I made the trip to the dealership expecting the agreed-upon numbers to be honored. Unfortunately, once we arrived to complete the purchase, they went back on what I had been told and would not match the trade offer. That was frustrating and disappointing, especially after taking the time to come in based on the information I was given beforehand. On top of that, the building was extremely hot, which made an already poor experience even more uncomfortable. The vehicle itself was nice, but the communication and handling of the trade offer left a lot to be desired. I would recommend getting all numbers and offers confirmed in writing before making the trip.

Got preapproved only to get there and forced to wait most of the day on Saturday while they tried to figure it out. Said they would work it out and let me know either way no later than Tuesday, April 22nd and I am still waiting on an update. I will NEVER do business with this dealership even if they were giving away free cars. Very unorganized, unprofessional and just plan rude but that is just my opinion
