overall experience was very well, unfortunately my trade in was value was not as expected and we were not able to come to an agreement

The deal was made through email and text prior to arriving at the dealership. It took 3 hours to finalize the sale once we arrived to pick up the vehicle which is entirely too long considering the negotiations were completed prior.
