Kia dealerships near me (Cincinnati, OH)

Bought the vehicle by doing everything on-line and over the phone. My sales person is even delivering to me with in 2 days of the purchase. Great dealership. Great experience.

The moment I inquired I had three different people calling and texting me from the dealership. I was working with one and evidently they do not communicate the situation with the others and was still getting asked questions by multiple people. I got an email saying the Volvo had been sold and then shortly after I received a text asking if I wanted a video of the interior of the vehicle. It was all just a mess. Predatory it seems.

Dealership and salesman worked up a deal sheet and sold the vehicle to a sales managers family member while I was making the 2.5hr drive there. Would not recommend doing business here.
