Kia dealerships near me (Cleveland, OH)

Very bad experience, took them 20 minutes to bring us damaged and dirty car. Driving 40 minutes for nothing, don’t recommend it this dealer!!

Didn't get a chance to meet you with anyone to busy only have the weekend off but next Friday I'm off

Experience was very smooth. One of the best dealership to buy a car..

My salesperson Jerrid took awesome care of me. Made everything smooth and so very easy. He definitely knows what he is doing. It's very nice to deal with someone who is very compenate at their job. He was also personal as well. Just first class all the way.

After arriving for my scheduled test drive. The sales consultant asked me why I was there after being called several times to confirm my test drive first red flag! Then I learned that the vehicle had not been inspected so I could not test drive the vehicle way I would have liked to I would think with all those confirming phone calls someone could have said the vehicle hasn't been inspected. I waste my time and my fuel ,I do believe the vehicle had some front end issues that was the second red flag. I asked if I could test drive it once it's been inspected and I have not heard back from the dealership since then I checked back on the website and it appears that the vehicle has increased in the price! Unbelievable Experience!

Looking into it
