Kia dealerships near me (Columbus, OH)

We love the car. It was a typical car buying experience--taking too long to get it all done--overall. Our salesman, Phil, was friendly and helpful with our kids, and the dealer had a kid area, thankfully. The two frustrations were that we weren't told that there was only one key fob until we were headed out the door, they accidentally kept OUR keys we gave them for the trade in (house keys attached), and then we were told they would send a second key fob and they did not.

The truck was absolutely beautiful & staff was great aside from there being a crack in the windshield when we got there! Bryan was able to get it worked out & they replaced it the next morning!

The staff member i communicated with was excellent. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. I also needed my car delivered and they did.

Good . They went the extra mile

We had a great experience with everyone and absolutely love our carnival!

Doug was Great. He was very knowledgeable. He was able to help us with minimal time spent at the dealership.

They were great all around!

Car was supposed to be held until Friday 9/11/26. Was dealing with salesman Devin that confirmed that I would be there Friday morning at 11am. Car sold 8pm 9/26. No call no email. Drove 1hr 15mins to find out the car sold. Thats after waiting 45min to find out it was sold. Then drove another 1hr 15min home. All in all 3hours of wasted time on my only day off. Terrible experience. Wouldn't recommend dealing with Devin!
