First time buying a vehicle sight unseen and they made it a breeze really went the extra mile to assist me and went above and beyond expectation.

The salesperson “AJ” contacted me and a deal was facilitated by his manager for me to purchase the car the next morning. The vehicle was sold hours later. They said they are a commission based company and care about the customer but actions proved otherwise. This place is a joke. From one veteran to others who view this, take your business elsewhere. Glad they didn’t get my money.

The salesman knew I was driving from out of state but the car was extremely dirty and he failed to mention that there was a big “tear” in the windshield tint.

I spoke with Barry and the Used Car Sales Manager Rene. They were both very helpful and professional. I decided not to move forward with the vehicle because it smelled like cigarette smoke, and I wasn't sure they could get the smell out. The car hadn't been detailed yet, but considering it was in good shape and, aside from the smell of smoke, appeared to be well taken care of. Barry followed up with me aftr my visit and I informed him I decided not to move forward with the vehicle based on the smell of smoke.

The staff was courteous but I was bumped twice to even speak with a salesmen. I had an appointment at 10:30 and did not get to the car till 11:15 ish. The car I had an appointment to view was actually blocked in it's spot so there was a delay there viewing the vehicle.

Cash was amazing and went above and beyond! I had to come in from out of town to purchase the vehicle and cash stayed in constant communication, was very helpful esp when things on my end didnt work out they way i had hoped. Everything was great on their end. I appreciate both cash (sells) and chris (finance) for making this process as easy as possible. Both were very friendly/helpful and have enjoyable personalities that did not make the process a drag lol. Car was clean and ready when I arrived. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Very nice place with very nice people. Drove 3 hours to get this vehicle and it looked just as good as it was pictured and described!
