Kia dealerships near me (Dallas, TX)

I do not recommend this dealership. The day I went to this dealership, everything was fine. The staff was nice and helpful. They were a little pushy, but that is expected on car sales. When we were discussing the purchase of the car, I asked about certification of the vehicle. The salesman said we can definitely take care of that. Also, after the first offer that they came to us with, they would either not write it down or write it on another paper. When we left that night without purchasing the vehicle, I noticed them ripping up a paper and throwing it away. We had agreed to talk again the next day to discuss other options for the purchase. The next day when we were able to connect with the salesperson and the sales manager, they both denied everything that we had talked about the night before. And said that would not certify the vehicle even though I told them that certification was a deal breaker. I did not appreciate that at all!!

There were add-on hidden fees, that they said were non-negotiable. Then all of a sudden they were negotiable. But the terms really weren’t much different. There was a huge crack in the sunroof, so I asked to see the other vehicle that I was looking for, but ultimately they weren’t interested in showing me the other car , nor selling me a car. All they had to do is be transparent and communicate and I probably would have purchased a vehicle.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with an online dealer. After making it clear we'd be driving 90 minutes to the dealer and after checking that morning via email and after being told in a reply the vehicle was still available, when my wife called them, they said they had sold the car the night before. Everything else aside, they lied or were relying on an unreliable email bot. That being said, it was even worse in that they still wanted us to make the drive up there to sell us something else. That is NOT how business works. It is clear they were only trying to get us up there to sell us something and if it took lying to us about the availability of the car, they didn't care. I would never do business with this dealer ever again and will take every opportunity I have to tell anyone I know not to do business with them either. And if they're reading this, that IS how (bad) business works.

Octavia the salesman behaved professionally and was very helpful.Finance Department took a looong time to take care of us.Overall a very good experience

Staff untrained. Sales manager couldn’t care less. Showed up to trade and CPO that had been inspected…had a nail in tire that had to be replaced wasting time. (What else was “certified”?) This caused my credit union office to close. Had to go with another bank during financing. Car was mostly clean, but not great. Promised two key fobs. Got one and a card. Asked for second key fob like promised after deal went through? “Pound sand, deals done.” Oh EV showed up for test drive at 20%. During process did they charge it before leaving? No. Had to go miles down the road and wait 50 min to charge because I’m hours away. Time from hitting dealer to end of charging? 5 hours.

every happy with my time at the Dealership

Was good would go back!

Very nice place with very nice people. Drove 3 hours to get this vehicle and it looked just as good as it was pictured and described!
