Kia dealerships near me (Phoenix, AZ)

We worked with Alex & he was great! We spent a lot of time at the dealership as we couldn't make a deal. We went in prepared to purchase the car but they said there wasn't any wiggle room. Unfortunately, we had to walk away as a price was offered as a possibility but then we were informed the price couldn't be honored.

I was surprised, the process was smooth and easy. Ryan did a great job.

Never followed up after initial contact (even though they said they would twice) and then sold the car I was interested in the next day.

The price advertised was $28,978 when I contacted the dealership. When I went to see the truck on Sunday, they updated their price of the truck to $30,998. I then purchased the truck trusting the sales associate that I misread the price of the truck. We attempted to drive the truck home and on the way home, electronics in the truck started acting funny. My husband and son had to pull over at the 101 freeway and 90th St. My husband drove into a parking lot and put the car in park and attempted to shut off the engine and the truck would not shut down. It acted as if the car was still in drive even though it wasn't and would not shut off. We had to call a flatbed tow truck to pick up the vehicle and tow it to the nearest Jeep dealer to diagnose the problem. I later looked at my paperwork and discovered the finance representative charged me $31,002 for the vehicle, not even the $30,998 that was agreed. I am extremely disappointed in this purchase experience. Buyer beware!

I reached out and was provided information, a few days later I sent a follow up and didn’t hear back then a few days after that I received a message back from a different salesman saying this car was sold 3 weeks ago but it is still on Car Gurus and on their site. I mentioned that and haven’t heard back since.

Very friendly staff and nice cars at good deals

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The car was extremely clean with very low miles as described to me. After test driving the vehicle I came to look at, I explained I had one other car to compare it with the next day. I was shocked that they were not pushy or aggressive with my husband and I when I told them this. Other dealerships have definitely been very pushy and annoying. The manager and car salesman shook our hands, thanked us for coming and stated that they would be happy to assist us if we return. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Tim and Staff at Courtesy Kia were great, I was going to see Trish who was busy so Tim took care of me as a walk in, the price of the truck was set and overall in line with market price. Best pet is the truck was priced for what I was looking for! Good experience all around.
