Ron Tonkin was excellent. I really enjoyed dealing with them. I was flying in from out of town and they really a. accommodated my dad gut schedule.

Initial contact said the vehicle wasn't available yet as they hadn't run it through conditioning. They raised the price $2700 from the initial posting.

This was a terrible experience dealing with Dick Hannah Kia.. I spent 7 hours round trip driving to this dealership to find out the car wasn’t available yet (in the shop dealing with an oil leak problem) they wouldn’t even let me look at it.. I would never buy a car from them in the future

The guy Brandon was really great at the beginning. But then they’ve made go there twice supposedly to pick up the car and then they said that no, they wanted more money as dowpayment and then next day they said that was ok just with the initial payment was going to be good and that I show go there and pick up te car today. First thing in the morning they sent me a text telling that they’ve already sold the car.
