Kia dealerships near me (Raleigh, NC)

My ability to visit the dealership was totally dependent on my bank account being hacked the day I was scheduled to go see and test drive the car. I let them know and ended communication. That’s being resolved but not completely fixed as of this morning. Praying it’s fixed today.

Car was a wreck. No ac, none working radio among other issues. Tires had metal showing. Said I could drive it back home 100 miles like that. A complete waste of time. If you are looking for a quality used car. This is not the place to go. They were not upfront with anything. Their add said that all dealer fees were included in the price but that was also not true. The young lady on the phone was the nicest part of the entire day. I came home without the car. How could any dealer put money over safety. Buy our car and go get a new set of tires so you can drive it home. I do not recommend anyone dealing with this dealership unless you are buying a new vehicle. They do not care about the quality of the vehicles they sell. Sell high and sell volume. That is it. As you can plainly see. My 4 hour trip for the car I wanted was a nightmare. Buyer beware.

My sales associate Caleb did his best under the circumstances. However I was very disappointed with my experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I drove 1 hour and 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment at 4:30 PM and arrived on time. Despite having an appointment, the process did not begin until 5:22 PM, and I did not leave the dealership until 9:38 PM after they closed. While I understand dealerships can get busy, my time is very valuable! I came prepared with a pre-approved bank financing letter (BOA) for $37,000, which should have helped streamline the process. Instead, I spent hours waiting and dealing with paperwork issues. I was also, repeatedly presented with additional warranty and protection packages that I clearly stated I did not want. After declining those products, it felt as though my business was no longer a priority! I've had this same scenario at another dealership (appt., preapproval) and it took less than 2 hours to complete everything. Do better!

Mark, our salesman, was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Although we didn't purchase the vehicle we will definitely consider a purchase from them in the future.
