Very Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing experience at Lexus Clear Lake. The way I was treated by the salesman and the store management was not what I expected from a Lexus dealership. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and the communication and treatment I received were extremely frustrating. Once there was a disagreement, I did not feel that the salesman or manager made a genuine effort to resolve the situation fairly or respectfully. Buying a vehicle is a major purchase, and customers deserve honesty, professionalism, transparency, and respect throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at Lexus Clear Lake. Based on my experience, I would be very hesitant to recommend this dealership to friends or family. I hope management takes customer complaints more seriously and works to improve the way customers are treated.

These guys are great both Donnie and Brent are amazing, will be purchasing from them in the future.
