Very reponsive and courteous.

The car was being held for someone else over the weekend. We put a deposit down on it as a backup. On Monday morning I got a call that it was available, and Wednesday it was delivered to us

Ignored every request for an out the door price for 5 days. Eventually the truck I was interested in sold. Sales staff doesn’t care to deal with you unless you are standing right in front of them.

Was asked to come a half hour earlier at 8:30 am only to get a call salesperson was running late. Another salesperson stepped in only to let us know car sold night before. Drove up and tried to sell us a similar car three years older with 175,000 miles on it that needed body work. We didn’t even look at it and walked away.

Luis is the best. He’s personable and helpful. Communication was great without being pushy. He even called us after the sale to let us know we’d forgotten something in our trade in. If he’s a representation of what the Lexus of Cerritos buying experience is like, then this is the place to go.

Overall great! Couple glitches but not worth mentioning!

Purchased a Genesis G80 from them. I was from out of state. The car was described very accurate. Every one was great to work with and being from out of town they were patient and great communication. Highly recommend.

Daniel at the dealership was extremely unhelpful. Unwilling to negotiate. I’m thinking it’s a language barrier. In any case a different dealership was able to negotiate and win our business.

Salesmen Solomon was courteous, attentive, patient and very accommodating. Probably the best salesman I've ever had the pleasure of working with.
