Terrible. Was told the car i wanted was getting fixed for the power steering issue that was a safety concern. It locked up during my test drive. The day after it was supposedly getting fixed I was told someone bought the car. Horrible service. Will never go back.

very transparent and easy transaction

After speaking with the sales department I had a few questions. I called back later that day to be informed they couldn't sell to me because I am out of the tri state even though I was prepared to pick up the car. they need to be more transparent if they aren't willing to sell to out of state buyers. I asked to speak to the manager (wish i could remember his name, maybe chris) and he was pretty rude, no apologetic, no explanation why they would not sell to out of state buyers.

The car was advertised on CarGurus as including shipping to my town. The dealer said that information was wrong and said they didn’t know how it was advertised as such. They not only expected me to arrange shipping, but to pay the estimated cost of $800, which I had to get a quote for. Cars from their dealership are still advertised on CarGurus as including shipping to my town. Very deceptive.
