Absolutely a 100% horrible experience. They got nowhere close to carmax on the trade carmax was $2500 more money than West Point Sugar Land. The sales staff was very unprofessional during the demo the salesman actually took a call from another customer and tried to sell her a Cadillac over the phone until my wife had had enough and asked him to stop. I would never recommend this dealer!!!

The car was in poor driving condition. They didn’t warn us that the car won’t go over 30 miles an hour. Glad we didn’t take in freeway. The dealership ship said they would fix it. Told me they would call when ready. Waited two weeks called them back said it was sold poor communication.

I requested pictures of the vehicle neverr got them the one displayed was a random photo from internet sent dealer my pre approval never got call back
