Holman got back to me and let me know this car was sold. They did bring another car from thier other dealership for us to come test drive. We ultimately did not purchase. Bruno was very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend this dealership!

Was a little disappointed in the tactics they used. Nitpicking on my trade. Not willing to budge on price for a car that has been at dealer 160 days.

The person I had an appointment with was not there. So another sales rep let me take the truck for a test drive. But the thing that bothered me the most was the first question he asked was “are you trading in that F-150 that you drove up in?”. That should not be the first question you ask a customer. But maybe he thought I was the average rube. So that kicked things off to a bad start. Needless to say, I was not buying from this dealership. I have money and can buy what I want where I want.

Overall a very good experience at Fred Beans Boyertown location. The salesman Rob was very knowledgeable and helpful…he found us the truck we wanted and at a fair price. I would have liked more for my trade in, but what are you gonna do, the house always wins.
