Lincoln dealerships near me (Pittsburgh, PA)

Over all it was fine, just a little lack of communication, was never told we had to set up an appointment to pick up vehicle, 3 1/2 hour drive to dealership then had to wait a couple hours even though we paid deposit and sent all paperwork.

terrible communication. after multiple attempts to get someone to contact me, I gave up. will never purchase a vehicle or recommend anyone for shultz

My salesman Jerry was awesome! No hassle, no pressure- just an awesome guy. The dealership was very informative and followed up with helpful info They went out of there way to show me the car- Over the yrs I bought at least 6 cars off of shults- I would recommend this dealership regardless of which one you go to. But Jerry is in Wexford- and he is a retired veteran ( what special guy) Thank you Shults and Jerry for making this happen for me and my wife!

Very disappointing experience. I was seriously interested in a 2003 F-350 7.3 diesel dually. Because I live several hours away in Stafford, VA, I explained that I needed transparency about the truck’s condition before making the trip, especially pictures of the frame and undercarriage. I called the dealership multiple times and spoke with two different employees. Both promised they would get the information and pictures I requested and call me back. Neither followed through. I repeatedly had to call back myself and was essentially blown off. I was a serious buyer and was willing to put down a deposit if the truck checked out. I eventually learned it had a pending sale. My issue isn’t that the truck sold; it’s the complete lack of communication and follow-through. After multiple calls and promises from two different people, a simple callback or a few pictures shouldn’t have been too much to ask.
