Ron Tonkin was excellent. I really enjoyed dealing with them. I was flying in from out of town and they really a. accommodated my dad gut schedule.

I made the appointment with one person, but when I arrived and was met by that person, he introduced me to another person who had less experience. He was fine, but I don't like to be treated in this manner.

The staff was kind , friendly and very helpful .

Ran down there and bought that little Ford.. excellent little rig. They treated us well. They were professional... no complaints.

We used Cargurus and the dealership website to contact them about the truck. We received a response 2 days later while on our way up to Salem from Springfield to look at the truck. When we arrived the keys were locked in it and we were asked to come back the next day. We asked about information for our trade in. We received a text letting us know that the keys were retrieved but nothing about the info for our trade in. I responded with concerns about the engine on the truck and that we'd look on the site to see if anything else stood out to us, there was never a response.
