I took the Corolla on a test drive and decided not to buy it. However, there was a 2019 Honda HRV on the lot that I purchased. I would recommend Universal Auto with absolutely no reservation. Honesty, listening to the customer, several financing options and friendliness of the staff Moe and Liz was exceptional. I appreciate them. Also, there was no pressure to purchase and that is really commendable. I will buy from them again should I need a vehicle and recommend Universal Auto to anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle.

This was the worst experience of my life. After making a deal and taking my 86-year mother to the bank to get cashier check we contacted the dealership. I told the salesman, Jeremy, that we had the cashier check in hand and would see him in the morning at opening. Jeremy stated he would have the car ready to go. When we arrived at 9 am Jeremy explained the car had sold. As we begin to look at other like vehicles I stated that I had a cashier check for the amount of the vehicle he promised. He stated well the rest can be put on a debit card because all others were listed at a higher price. He did not seem to care that he had promised my mother that car.
