The car sold before I could make the trip to Houston. Everyone was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. It was completely my fault that I could not make it nor did I ask they hold the vehicle for me. I'm sure they would have if I had asked. Everyone was super kind, considerate, and helpful. Staff was barely responsive and encouraged me to purchase a vehicle other than the one I bought initially applied for at the same price. I was informed that “they do not want to sell you a foreign car”. Additionally, I learned the same foreign vehicle was sold to someone else the day. I then asked for a different vehicle and was told 3 minutes later, it was not approved. I inquired about which banks had been contacted as there was no inquiry for said bank. The salesman couldn’t answer and states, “I just sell cars. I am not the finance manager. I’m just a salesman”. I got the run around and when I attempted to head to the dealership, my calls stopped being answered and texts went cold. Trash!

The staff lied to me they said the truck had a miss fire and couldn't sell it. But the next I received a message that the truck was fine now. I don't deal with liars.
