Awesome easy to deal with

This experience was horrible. I drove 3 hr to get this car to be charged a delivery fee. The car was listed on car gurus for 33k. I applied on car gurus for financing got pre approval from capital one. Call the dealer ship told them that I had a pre approval for capital one off car gurus and the dealer made me rerun my credit to then give me the same approval from capital one, but gave me a higher car not, 6k in added on insurances and lied to me stating that the warranty and gap was required for the loan company. The car was listed at 32,998 the tried to finance me for 44k I will never go to Kentucky to purchase a car again.

No experience the dealer never contacted.

I asked for more pictures before driving 2 hours, they said he would send them in the morning, no pics were ever sent the next morning. Waited 3 days and asked where the pics were and recieved no response from that email. Definitely won’t ever deal there.

Was very interested in a 2023 ram 1500 truck. I’ve had a little credit issues in the past. I had someone that was gonna co-sign for me. Went back to the car guru to the page and boom. They raised the price 2000.00 on me while trying to purchase the truck. This was while myself and the salesman were in talks. Not good at all. Salesman said he talked with management and they would honor the truck at the cheaper price. I said no thank you, now they have taken my negotiating power away. They would say they already dropped it 2000.00. Pretty shameful.
