RAM dealerships near me (Richmond, VA)

The manager Mike was bipolar and rude. When I first met him he talked more about his self and his daughter. When I turned a whole different vehicle down he got rude and made up lies that I got the information from my car insurance and taxes. His attitude was not management in my eyes. He was very rude

I didn’t hear one word from these people! I guess they don’t want to sell cars bad enough!

The internet sales manager or whatever the title they had was. They were rude and didn't mention the car was in an accident.

We did not buy a vehicle there this time, but our time with Aaron was a good experience and I would return to buy our next vehicle with them because of our experience.

I set an appointment with the salesman the night before our meeting. I drove over an hour the next day but when I got there, he said the car was not available for sale. Then proceeded to try to show me other vehicles. I highly doubt this car was ever available for sale at the stated price.

I am very interested in the vehicle they advertised but they don’t have it in their possession supposedly. The ad stays up and they keep raising the price. No response from the three different sales people I have tried to buy the vehicle from.
