RAM dealerships near me (Virginia Beach, VA)

Mr. Thomas was an excellent salesman. Answered all our questions and was extremely knowledgeable in the 2026 Dodge Ram Longhorn. When we went for a test drive, he explained how everything worked before, during and after. We only gave a 3 star rating for the “time at dealership “ because when we transferred the money from our bank to theirs, ( our bank showed it went within 30min out of our account) it took hours. Apparently they need to get confirmation from many different offices or something like that. They were very apologetic and had us sit in their comfortable lounge where we could watch tv and have some snacks. Other than that, we highly recommend purchasing your next dream vehicle from them! We love our truck!

There was very little communication once i expressed my interest in a vehicle. Also, it was advertised about $2k cheaper on CarGuru and other sources such as Edmunds and when i mentioned it to the sales person/manager the sticker price of the vehicle jumped up to 54,800. Felt like a bait and switch tactic to me. Sad part is that i REALLY wanted this Truck but I was not comfortable doing business with a person/dealership who's communication was poor (not responding promptly, not answering specific questions, & confusing our discussions/negotiations with another potential customer) and prices of vehicle magically change once you express your interest in it.
