RAM dealerships near me (Washington, DC)

My current vehicle was from Ourisman Ford. This is my first from Ourisman Jeep/Chrysler. Very happy with my purchase expect the same good experience from Ourisman.

They told me the Vehicle is Sold, the vehicle was still up for sale after week. I called again. They told me they will tell me. Never told.

Overall a good experience, I did end up buying the same vehicle from a different dealer, but the staff was great. Read the description, there's is a 1k fee on some protection package that is apparently unavoidable but they are transparent about it.

Good customer service

The car was not clean. They are showing a car with food left in the car. Seems like someone had lunch in there. Ask the sales person about removing the form the car before testing driving the car. She made no attempt to remove the food items from the car and gaus the car to test drive with the food and garbage in the car. It was a turn off for us and we walked away without completing the purchase.

Overall not bad. Higher rate of communication, but overall they have an odd communication style. Sales team is a little quirky and the manager felt a little hot and cold though they were quick to return calls. They couldn’t budge on price anymore when we were off by only $500. 6.5/10

Very responsive and friendly, and went above and beyond to make an out of state deal smooth and easy over a holiday weekend! They were excellent!
