The dealership and I scheduled an appointment at my home for 6:30 pm yesterday. They never came. I messaged via text Larry this morning and received no response. I then phoned back, I was told they would get right back to me but did not 3 hours later.

I drove 100 miles to purchase this 2002 Saab 9 3 only to be told that the car does not start. LSO LLC did not state this to me at anytime during communications. How does that go down? Never again!!!

Why bother listing cars online when you don't answer emails? My questions was about "extra fees" ... I got zero response. Obviously this is one of those dealers that avoid answering those kind of questions for good reason. They list a low price and then they hit you with $2k in fees
