Toyota dealerships near me (Atlanta, GA)

Thank you for asking about my experience. I purchased a vehicle from your dealership in 2015. I arrived around 9 a.m. and didn’t leave until after 10 p.m. The numbers and terms kept changing throughout the day. I eventually got a good deal, but the experience was extremely stressful and made me hesitant to return. Recently, I contacted your dealership again after finding a vehicle on CarGurus at a good advertised price. Unfortunately, I have spoken with different managers and still haven’t received a clear, consistent answer. I was later told the advertised vehicle was no longer available. My biggest concern is that the advertised price is not being honored. With additional fees, I’m being quoted approximately $5,000–$6,000 more. I have not purchased a vehicle yet and am still willing to make a deal, but I’m looking for fair, clear, and transparent pricing.

Outstanding service

The old bait and switch online. Probably a decent organization but listed a through Cargurus that was already sold. Very easy in today’s environment to remove it with the touch of a button and not waste my time.

The staff took care of me. They were very friendly and helpful (Judy, Tyra and Terry). I felt like I was among family. The car was pristine and was as described. The financial details were explained to me by Terry, Judy took me through the whole sales process and even connected the car to the Toyota App and my phone, Tyra was very accommodating relative to the sale. I would highly recommend them!

Car wasn't available when i get there at appointment..

Terrible, I was lied straight to my face multiple times during the buying process, they told me that 7k was too low to finance, never heard of such a thing.

Great just wasn’t the truck I wanted.
