Toyota dealerships near me (Boston, MA)

Very frustrated with the customer service and lack of communication. An hour before my first appointment, I was told the car wasn’t even on the lot yet and we had to reschedule. When we finally went, the person helping us seemed to know very little about the car or buying process. We asked to confirm the car would be serviced and scheduled another appointment for two days later and Melvin said he would call with an update, but never received an update and he didn’t respond when we tried calling. When we needed to change the appointment time, we called Melvin twice to confirm the car was still available and reschedule—again, no response. We also called the dealership with no answer or callback. I finally texted a number they had previously contacted me from and was then told the car had been sold. I completely understand that it’s first come, first served and that we rescheduled, but the complete lack of communication throughout the process was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

The dealership isn’t close to me so I inquired if the car was available. They said yes and I made an appointment to test drive the next morning. Get there and the car was sold. The way make appointments just to get you in the door and tried to sell me a different vehicle. Very disappointed.

Great experience with watertown auto deal

I called to confirm the car was still available and there, the response was that it was still there. Less than 2 hours later when I arrived, I was told it had been sold yesterday. While sitting there, I received an email from someone else at the dealership asking if I was still interested in the car. When I replied with my experience she claimed to have sent me an email saying it wasn't available and then forwarded me what she supposedly sent. 1) she didn't sent it to me and 2) the email she sent did not say that, in fact it stated it was still available. The original salesman kept trying to push other cars on me, but I told him my hard line number and he kept pushing. We finally left. Now 5 days later, it is still listed as available for sale in various places including their own website. I no longer trust them in any capacity

Everyone there was great process was easy

I'm trying to deal with them. However, it seems the finance department is inept. I have pre approval and it doesn't appear They know how to do anything with that. If you don't finance directly from them, they have no clue how to contact your financial institution.

Went well I come back one year when I’m back in market

have not seen the car yet but everyone was helpful online

Very helpful and knowledgeable, respectful of my time.

My experience of everyone at the dealership was positive, and product specialist Issac was very helpful
