Toyota dealerships near me (Cleveland, OH)

Sales woman (Erin) was nice, very helpful. They definitely stand by their AS IS motto. Test drove the car with the windows down, (Warm day in March for Cleveland). Purchased the car and drove off. Rolled up the windows and noticed the AC wasn’t working correctly. Blowers were fine but wasn’t blowing cold air. Returned to the dealer within 2 hours to be treated completely differently and told that it’s an as is sale. (Friendliness was gone. Lol). No hard feelings. Lesson learned. Just posting to enlightened others who may run into the same thing.

Experience when I got there was terrible, no one greeted me and when I arrived no one ever came out when I checked in. After about 20mins of being there, I left and will never return

I am satisfied with this dealer and my car

Didn't buy the 25 corolla from Premier because I couldn't negotiate the right price for the car. However, I will look at other cars from Premier in hopes for a fairer deal. The young salesman was fun to deal with as we went back and forth with the negotiations.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. In and out in about 2 hours! Definitely recommend!

They sent me a pretty detailed inspection report and that made it clear this one wasn’t for me

We were looking for a Highlander and a Platnimum was advertised. Upon walking in, the salesmen look the other way so we went back outside to look. Finally a young man came out, explained the Platnimum was sold already. He said we could build one. We want one now, not 6 months from now. When we asked about a hybrid he said it doesn't matter in gas mileage and they are more expensive anyway...We left to go to another dealership.
