Communication was good and quick but unfortunately the vehicle was not available.

Absolutely the worst experience trying to purchase a vehicle. I was told twice the vehicle i was interested in was ready to test drive. The first time they tried to sell me a different vehicle, the one I drove an hour for wasn't ready. I was also told financing fell through because of year and I needed to consider a newer one. This was also a lie, thankfully the salesman and manager were reading from different scripts. The second time was a week later the manager told me everything was ready, again I drove over an hour. Just before getting there they messaged it might not be ready today maybe I should take wife to dinner, shop and enjoy the day. Turns out it was still in there shop. The staff I dealt with were the most dishonest, unethical and unprofessional salespeople I've met in my 50 years. Worth noting the guy trying to sell me on a newer car was uneducated on vehicles and tried to convince me the rating on the aftermarket hitch was the vehicle max tow. Horrible business

I don’t know that I have ever been talked to the way that the sales person talk to me. I had questions about the truck and attempted to negotiate a price, but they literally talk to me like I was 10 and like they were doing me a favor by letting me inquire about the truck.
