Asked salesman for a break down for the out the door price and all I got was an ok I will get that to you. It has been several days. He kept leaving me messages about scheduling a time to come test drive a car but I cannot even get a price on the vehicle. I stated that due to my work schedule and being over an hour away from the dealer that I would have to take a day off work. I reached out again trying to get ahold of a sales manager and was told they would be in touch with me shortly. Again I get no response.

Everyone was kind and attentive after test driving the 2018 Chevy Trax I fell in love with the car,especially since this is my first SUV .I want to thank everyone at Germain Toyota for securing the car that I never thought about buying.And they made my purchasing process great and as painless as well.So to the team that made buying my next car possible, take care .

Had an appointment but seemed more interested in another customer than keeping my appointment. Didn’t feel welcome.

I visited the dealership in the afternoon after being invited by the salesperson to view a vehicle that had been listed for several weeks. My wife and I drove about 40 minutes from Hilliard to see the car in person. After inspecting the vehicle, we were told the dealership opens at 9:00 AM and were encouraged to return the next morning to complete the purchase. We planned our visit accordingly and clearly based on that instruction. However, at 9:30 AM the following morning, I received a message that the vehicle had already been sold. This experience reflects poor communication and a lack of proper coordination regarding vehicle availability. Customers should be clearly informed that a vehicle is not reserved unless a deposit is taken, especially after visiting, inspecting the car, and being given a specific time to return. Otherwise, it can lead to wasted time, unnecessary travel, and a frustrating customer experience. I would advise future buyers to confirm availability in writing

Communication was good and quick but unfortunately the vehicle was not available.

Absolutely the worst experience trying to purchase a vehicle. I was told twice the vehicle i was interested in was ready to test drive. The first time they tried to sell me a different vehicle, the one I drove an hour for wasn't ready. I was also told financing fell through because of year and I needed to consider a newer one. This was also a lie, thankfully the salesman and manager were reading from different scripts. The second time was a week later the manager told me everything was ready, again I drove over an hour. Just before getting there they messaged it might not be ready today maybe I should take wife to dinner, shop and enjoy the day. Turns out it was still in there shop. The staff I dealt with were the most dishonest, unethical and unprofessional salespeople I've met in my 50 years. Worth noting the guy trying to sell me on a newer car was uneducated on vehicles and tried to convince me the rating on the aftermarket hitch was the vehicle max tow. Horrible business
