The car I inquired about coming into see, had two thousand more miles than on the Web site. Also, sales person seemed disinterested. I had to get back to him on two different occasions to see if vehicle was available

My salesperson was great! They were fast at communicating back with me and sent me over the information I was looking for prior to buying. The financing process took a few hours and had to wait for others before me to finish up before I could process the buy. Overall it was a great experience and they did beat other dealers in the area on price and trade value. Would recommend for purchasing a vehicle.

The dealership offered absolutely no flexibility on the price of the car. In fact, during the negotiation process, I was told by the salesman that the price of the car would increase tomorrow because they had undervalued it. I admit it was priced more competitively than similar cars in the general area, but to use the high-pressure tactic of threatening to increase the price the next day seemed a bit underhanded to me. Second, getting the salesman and the desk manager to understand that I required certain recall and service items to be done to the car before I took delivery was non-negotiable, while at the same time having to explain why I needed those things done to the car before I took delivery. Overall, though, I would say the process of buying the car was not entirely unpleasant, and I would be likely to consider buying another car from Lillard Toyota.
