Toyota dealerships near me (Providence, RI)

About 2 hrs all done and dusted

Terrible dealer staff sold car on me back in 2025. Then tried to sell me a car with a bad catalytic converter. Alset with them guys. I'll never go there again. Irony is I didn't realize it was the same dealer till I got there.

Excellent service and very helpful for all queries on the vehicle

It was good but didn’t really get a good deal trade in wasn’t good

Very friendly staff, was immediately greeted by Josh upon arrival who was very friendly and informative, no complaints in that department. However for this particular vehicle (2020 RAV4 XLE with 66,000 miles on it) they had it listed for about $27,400. Original MSRP for that model was $29,820. KBB and similar websites state fair value for the vehicle to be $23,432. That’s not including the fact that it had numerous paint chips, what seemed to be very minor chips in the windshield, and the fact that it har 66,000 miles on it. The vehicle drove well on the test drive and I had no problems in that department either. However- when I asked about the price being so close to MSRP the only answers I got were convoluted and mostly were chalked up to it’s the market we have right now. But that isn’t true. I’ve already seen 2021-2023 RAV4 XLEs with prices set to 25-27K. This 2020 I refer to should be $20-22K.

Good only 1 finance manager at the moment so that can be a bit of a longer process

Excellent service and easy to work with.would highly recommend buying a vehicle there!!!!!!

Spent about 4 hours at dealership, ended up buying vehicle i went to look at. The online information i looked at, was different from what i was told at dealership, but everyone involved talked it out and came to an amicable decision. Our finance contact Lays was very helpful and explained things in an easy way to understand and got us to where we wanted to be financially. So Lays was the read we bought this vehicle.

I have purchased this vehicle without seeing it as it is over 250 miles away from my home. The communication has been great, both by text and phone. Norman took undercarriage photos and videos for me. Heather in finance made the paperwork seamless. I will meet the delivery person halfway next week to take possession of the truck. I could have purchased a truck for less money elsewhere but I was concerned about rust underneath and this one looked fine in the extra photos Norman took. Shipping costs prevented me from other sales. This is a leap of faith as I am trusting that the condition is as represented. I do wish that a 30 day warranty was included rather than an “as is” sale. The 36k/36 month warranty was a bit of a stretch for me dollar wise. I trust all will be well and I look forward to getting the truck next week.
