The dealership met my expectations.

Was a hassle to find out if the truck was still available. Drove down (45min), walked around, found the truck I was interested in. Being that no sales people came out to talk to me, (but helped others), so I just walked around, looked through glass, and crawled underneath. No test drive, no info, nothing. Felt like I wasted my time. Seemed like a nice truck from what little I could see from the outside.

I found a car online & called immediately to see if it was still available; it was. However, she said they couldnt put a hold on it & someone was scheduled to view it the next day (seems like a type of 'hold' to me). She told me I had to wait to see if they purchased the car & she would let me know that evening if purchased. If not, she knew I would be there the next morning. They close at 9pm- never received communication. This is important because I live 3 hrs away & needed to know the night before so I could be there in the morning. I had to call the next morning to speak to someone & OMG- the woman who answered the phone was so short & stressed. Everyone was in a meeting & this poor lady was left to answer a multiline phone- it wasnt pretty. The rep finally called, told me the car sold then said she would keep looking & asked if I would let her know if I found one so she could stop looking. Mgt really needs to pay attention to customer service for all involved. Not impressed.

In my first visit to test drive the car, I spent about an hour there. It was a good visit; it got the job done. Today, I was in the dealership closer to 3 hours to complete everything required to buy the car. The salesman, Even Marquardt, was great. Very good at communications all during the process. They even humored me by putting the car up on a lift to inspect the undercarriage. I can recommend this dealer to anyone wanting to buy any brand of car that they may have.

Have bought 33 cars to date, have never dealt with such blasphemy. Wouldn’t take a free car from them. Live 4 hours away and called to tell them I will be “buying” not maybe, not I am interested, not “let’s run some numbers” the gentleman on the phone was awesome, he set and sent me a calendar date and time for next day at 10am but said he was off to celebrate holiday which is awesome so asked if we could move it to Saturday. Of course was no problem and actually better for me and my son to cross the mountains. Asked if I could wire or send 10,20, or even pay whole amount for car and he told me no need as car had been there for 27 days and he will pull it in the side. Some random number messages me the next day saying sorry but car is sold. Son was crushed, life lesson for him and we found one just in Boise and they were men of their words until we could fly there the next day. I just hope original salesman got some of commission since car was snaked from him.

Rodland Toyota is a great dealership !! This is my third car from there do to a collision that totaled my car. They stuck to my budget and lowered the price so that could happen !!

Sergio was great! Be communicated great as well. When i was heading over there to look at the vehicle he had told me they had sold it. Not sure when but it still listed . Maybe update the status on it. So annoying
