My experience at this dealership was mixed. The vehicle was clean and as described, but the sales experience lacked warmth and engagement. The salesperson was not particularly friendly or invested in helping create a positive car-buying experience. My main issue was the pricing. The vehicle was advertised online at one price, but when we discussed financing, an additional "refurbishment" fee of nearly $3,000 was added. This fee was said to cover WeatherTech floor mats, seat protection treatment, and window tinting, but the cost seemed excessive for those items. We ended up arguing over the added charges. Be aware that the advertised price is not the final price. Dealer-added products and fees significantly increased the total cost despite CarMax stating the price included dealer fees. While the car itself met expectations, the lack of pricing transparency and the unwelcoming sales approach would make me hesitant to recommend this dealership.

Both Sami and MJ were fantastic to deal with. A little long wait on financing due to it being Saturday but otherwise a perfect experience. Would definitely recommend Hewlett VW!!!
