Who would not want to own a convertible.Especially the one that invented the pony car category and still defines it today.It makes you feel like a kid again.Makes every day seem like a long weekend when you are in it.

I have the V6 so there's not much power behind it. But I do love the suprising low-end grunt and gas milage. Having a convertible makes this an extremely fun car to not only drive but to ride in. Not much rear seat room, but hey, it's a coup. Overall I just love Mustangs!

Car has horrible traction in the rain or snow. The interior trim rattles from braking and loud bass. Hood scoop is fake, it has a plastic cover and doesn't actually let air in....same from side scoops in front of the rear tires. It gets around 18-20 miles per gallon. It's a lot of fun to drive.

I fell in love with thw Mustang the first time I saw a 1965 Marron with a black convertible. My father won in the Columbus Indiana city bowling open. I had to wait forty years to get me one. I paid it off this month. Have two differnt complete sets of tires one for summer the other for winter and that works out great. As soon as I can get back to work I want to get a new one and keep the 2001. I et about 23 miles to the gallon on the average. Just a little better on the road. Best car for its class. Which the car does once again.
