About 2007 Chevrolet Impala
The 2007 Chevrolet Impala has few changes from the 2006 model. For some reason, its base 3.5-liter V6 now achieves 211 horsepower at 5,800 rpm instead of 5,900 rpm. Not sure how it gained that extra dash of power, but the remaining features remain almost identical. 2007 does bring a few newly named trims. The top engine remains the SS's 5.3-liter V8, rated at 303 horsepower at 5,600 rpms. Gas mileage is typical for a midsize car, at 28 highway/18 city for the SS, with slight improvements for the smaller-engine trims.
