Used 2014 Mercedes-Benz C-Class for SaleNationwide

How much does the 2014 Mercedes-Benz C-Class cost?

Prices have softened 9.63% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,126 listings available, which suggests solid inventory for shoppers comparing prices and conditions.

Is the 2014 Mercedes-Benz C-Class a good car?

Yes — the 4.8/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise the comfortable ride, stylish design, strong performance, and luxurious interior, while also calling out its value. That makes it a good fit if you want a compact luxury sedan that feels upscale without chasing maximum space. With 31.6% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a decent chance of finding a competitive offer.

Is the 2014 Mercedes-Benz C-Class reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Owner feedback also points to reliability and a trouble-free ownership experience for many drivers, with several describing it as dependable over time. That said, used buyers should still think carefully about maintenance history and condition, since long-term ownership risk rises quickly if prior care was inconsistent.

What should I look for when buying a used 2014 Mercedes-Benz C-Class?

At 53.3% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report before you commit, then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection from a mechanic who knows luxury sedans. Focus on signs of prior body damage, uneven panel gaps, and any evidence of deferred maintenance, since condition matters a lot on a car like this.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2014 Mercedes-Benz C-Class?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can be patient and still find a worthwhile listing.

• Deal availability: 31.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,126 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.63% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 53.3% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $9,213, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2014 Mercedes-Benz C-Class's resale value?

The current average of $9,213 sits slightly below last year's $10,194.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can make future resale gains harder to count on unless you buy well. If you plan to sell later, condition and documentation will matter more than ever, because buyers in this segment tend to reward clean history and strong upkeep. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2014 Mercedes-Benz C-Class or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2014 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2014 if:

• 31.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 53.3% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.63% compared with last year.

The bottom line:

If you want the better value play, the 2014 is the right starting point because it combines a lower average price with strong owner satisfaction and a market that still offers deal opportunities. If you are especially price-sensitive, keep comparing individual listings carefully and be willing to move quickly on the cleanest, best-priced examples.
